Youwill also lead mental health and wellbeing programs which empower our resident'schoices and independence. Duties Plan, organise, andlead activities for our residents that will meet social and recreational needswhile also promoting independence and increasing quality of life. Assess and documentthe effectiveness of the programs, by tracking residents' progress and changingthe programs as needed Skills and Experience Minimum of a CertIII in Leisure and Lifestyle Senior First AidCertificate is essential Previous experiencewithin an aged or community care setting Highly developedorganisation and time management skills The ability tosolve problems independently Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills An understanding ofResident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes How to Apply ClickApply to be taken to our online application process.
