Ventia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of a newly expanded scope under its existing contract with NBN Co, driving critical infrastructure upgrades across the ACT . You’ll be responsible for recruiting and leading a high-performing team, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project delivery meets client expectations and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of the NBN N2P contract in the ACT, including team recruitment, program execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation. Ensure contractual compliance, manage risks and opportunities, and drive project profitability through accurate forecasting and cost-saving initiatives. Champion a strong safety culture, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with Ventia’s values, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture. Implement quality control measures and promote innovation to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency. About You Experienced in project management working in infrastructure services. Telecommunications experience highly desirable. Strong understanding of ACT regulations and local authorities is preferred. Bring strong leadership and communication skills, strategic problem-solving ability, and a solid grasp of commercial, financial, safety, and quality management to drive project success.
