Direct Furniture is hiring a Full‑time Store Manager in Joondalup, WA. Join us and help grow our regional presence. Requirements for this role: Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year Who Are We? Direct Furniture is a fast‑growing, family‑owned business with three locations in Midland, Welshpool, and Port Kennedy. We are expanding and opening a new store north of the river in the Joondalup/Wanneroo area. Role Benefits Annual salary $60,000–$80,000 plus commission‑based bonus. Qualifications Previous managerial retail experience (preferably in bedding/furniture). Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Understanding of visual merchandising standards. Excellent verbal communication and English fluency. Computer literacy. High attention to detail in pricing and labeling. Ability to lead a small team and follow procedures. Willingness to work Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Key Responsibilities Lead the sales team, close sales, and prepare quotes and invoices using a POS system. Follow up on customer enquiries by phone and email. Resolve customer problems and complaints in line with company policies. Explain product assembly (sofas, beds, cabinets) to customers. Maintain showroom tidiness and visual merchandising standards. Clean and dust showroom furniture as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
