As our pipeline continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and play a key role in pricing, tendering and winning future projects. About the Role Preparing tenders, cost estimates and budgets for demolition projects Conducting site inspections, measurements, testing and risk assessments Liaising with clients, engineers, suppliers and internal teams Preparing detailed scope of works, methodology and project documentation Reviewing drawings, reports and specifications to determine project requirements Identifying cost efficiencies, hazards and de-constructibility considerations Supporting the business through job planning, handover and execution About You Proven experience in construction estimating (demolition highly desirable) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and project delivery Ability to interpret technical drawings, reports and tender documents High attention to detail with strong numeracy and analytical skills Confidence in client communication, negotiation and supplier engagement Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple concurrent tenders Formal qualifications in Estimating, Construction Management, Civil, or related field (essential) What We Offer Attractive salary package based on experience Vehicle + laptop + phone Career progression opportunities in a growing business Great team culture, supportive environment Exposure to diverse demolition & asbestos removal projects across the state How to Apply Apply now with your resume and a brief cover letter outlining relevant experience.
