The Role As our Transport & Logistics Administrator, based at our Geelong workshop, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our transport and logistics activities. You’ll assist with documentation, communication, and data management, helping the team keep materials moving efficiently and accurately across projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on details, loves a good spreadsheet flex, and finds genuine satisfaction in keeping processes tight and tidy. Your day-to-day will include: Preparing and maintaining transport-related documentation such as delivery dockets, registers, compliance records, PODs, and supplier paperwork. Communicating with internal teams and external providers to confirm details, request information, or follow up on documentation. Assisting with data entry, record maintenance, filing, and maintaining up-to-date logs for transport and freight activities. Entering bookings, updating schedules, and assisting with freight tracking as required. Generating reports and summaries for project managers and workshop teams. Supporting the continuous improvement of administrative processes within the logistics function. Providing general administrative support to the Transport & Logistics Supervisor and broader operations team. About You You’re organised, detail-driven, and love being the person who keeps everything neat, accurate, and running behind the scenes. You’ll bring: Experience in administration, logistics support, transport admin, or a similar role. Strong administrative skills — documentation, filing, data entry, scheduling support, and record-keeping. Confidence with computer systems (Excel, databases, scheduling tools, or ERP systems). Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow up and chase info without breaking a sweat. Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy. A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
