Join Our Dynamic Team We are seeking a passionate and experienced Casual Chef to join our vibrant Yarraville club With a bistro, sports bar, outdoor area. gaming and bustling events space , this is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary talent in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Our club prides itself on delivering top‑quality food and exceptional service across all areas, from casual dining to large‑scale events. About the role Chef Allrounder We are seeking an experienced &motivated Chef to join our team in running a Club focused menu for our bistro and functions with a focus on grill and pan section 5‑15 hours a week. The person we are looking for will understand their role in the kitchen and will be able to work in a high‑paced bistro kitchen serving up to 200 meals per service period and be able to jump in to any area. They will understand what makes a good Club menu work and will also have a high attention to detail. You will be used to a high‑paced bistro style kitchen and will be able to keep pace. Lead by example as a hands‑on chef who can prepare great food. Be passionate about food. Build strong, effective relationships. Place strong focus on great food and great service. Ensure the kitchen team is aware of their Health & Safety and Food Hygiene responsibilities. The position involves working shifts weekdays, weekends and public holidays - candidates are required to be fully available during the club's operational hours. It would be great if you have experience in the Club Industry Skills and experience 1 to 5 years experience in a similar role. Excellent cooking skills, innovation & flair.
