Your Role As Restaurant Manager at The Yiros Shop, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from managing a team to ensuring each guest enjoys the authentic Greek dining experience. You’ll be essential to the day-to-day operation, delivering high standards of food quality, service, and safety. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a dynamic team. Lead by example and foster a positive, inclusive culture where everyone feels valued. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, compliance, scheduling, and team coordination. Customer Experience Excellence: Maintain and elevate the Yiros Shop standard of customer service with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and high-quality meals. Financial Management: Drive profitability by managing costs, maximizing sales opportunities, and meeting KPIs. Enjoy performance-based bonuses. Qualifications We are looking for a superstar Restaurant Manager who meets the following: Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments, with the ability to inspire and develop talent. Experience in a Drive-Thru restaurant model. Excellent communicator who can give clear direction and constructive feedback. Natural leader who thrives in a hands-on role and motivates others. Knowledge of fast-food service standards and operational workflows. Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Proficient in inventory management, scheduling, and stock control. Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences with a customer-first attitude. Experience in analysing sales reports, managing costs, and meeting KPIs.
