Minimum Requirements Live in or near Armidale NSW including surrounding suburbs Guyra, Uralla or Walcha Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared / rental vehicles) Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers) Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training at our Coffs Harbour Office when you start (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported) Travel is required for training. Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility / nursing home What this role offers Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidates Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts Permanent Contract hours : 20-30 hours per fortnight + flex up hours. Hourly Rate : $31.13 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92 / km allowance + paid travel time What You’ll Be Doing Entry-Level Carers : Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation. Experienced Carers : Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers.
