We’re on the lookout for a Senior Store Improvements Project Manager to take the wheel and lead the delivery of our store improvement and refurbishment program across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll play a pivotal role in elevating the Supercheap Auto retail experience — from concept to completion. You’ll manage end‑to‑end project delivery for store refurbishments, fit‑outs and network improvement initiatives, ensuring every project runs safely, efficiently, on time and on budget. Responsibilities Lead multiple complex projects across our retail network, driving alignment with business strategy, WHS and brand standards. Oversee contractors and suppliers, managing tenders, schedules, budgets and quality outcomes. Collaborate cross‑functionally with key teams including Retail Operations, Property, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Construction. Champion safety and compliance, ensuring all works meet legislative, building and SRG standards. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders — from local councils to landlords and trade partners. Lead with purpose, developing and motivating the Store Improvements team to deliver excellence, efficiency and innovation. About You You’re a natural leader, a planner and a problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. You love seeing projects through from design to delivery and take pride in every detail. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in project management or store development, ideally in multi‑site retail or commercial fit‑out environments. Strong knowledge of scope management, budgeting, procurement and contractor coordination. Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and attention to detail skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — you know how to influence, negotiate and collaborate at all levels. A focus on safety, compliance and operational excellence.
