What You’ll Be Doing Carry out a range of commercial maintenance and refurbishment works — everything from door and gutter replacements to full facility upgrades. Work across live government and private sites with safety front of mind. Liaise with clients and subcontractors to get the job done smoothly. Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance on every project. What You’ll Bring Experience in commercial or government maintenance. White Card, Working at Heights, and current Driver’s Licence. A professional, reliable, and safety-first attitude. What We Offer $45–$50/hr + super + allowances (fuel, phone, boots, and vehicle options). Ongoing full-time work with a respected WA-owned builder.
