About the position : We are seeking a dynamic Credit Officer to join our Finance Team. This purpose of this role is to work with our experienced and close-knit Credit team in supporting the Stramit business by managing collections, account reconciliations and other ad-hoc duties.This is a full-time opportunity, and is open to being based at our Crestmead (QLD) site. Key Responsibilities Collection and management of a portfolio of active trade accounts. Daily customer payment allocation and processing of receipts. Reconciliation and resolution of customer queries and claims. Review and release of sales orders on credit hold. Develop and maintain relationships with account customers, internal and external stakeholders. To be considered for this role, we’re looking for… Strong experience with working with customers in a busy environment. Experience in AR or Credit Management essential. Proactive mentality with a keen interest in continually building your own skillset and helping others. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
