We are currently seeking Case Managers to become a valued member and key contributor to the success of our Workers Compensation teams in Victoria. The successful candidatewill be responsible for the management of claims portfolios and will apply a recovery and return to work focus to achieve outcomes, whilst maintaining customer service standards and meeting compliance requirements. About the role Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims Strategizing and implementing appropriate and achievable recovery and return to work goals Maintaining high customer service standards and building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders; including injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to drive successful outcomes Determining strategies to progress claims toward appropriate goals About you The ability to read and interpret information, including legislation Effective relationship building and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills An ability to prioritise workload to ensure required outcomes are achieved A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape Benefits and perks Inclusive Culture: Join a supportive, open-minded team focused on customer outcomes, bringing your authentic self to work every day Flexible Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible and remote work options and workplace adjustments, with support for your work/life balance.
