Meat Specialist

You'll have a passion for sales and the products you are selling. Ideally you will have a background in the Food Service Industry. You may be a Chef looking for an opportunity to showcase your sales skills or you may be a Butcher with a passion to do more than work in retail and has great rapport with customers. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to work with a strong team and build key customer relationships will be the key to your success in this role.Sourcing new business opportunities aligned to business strategiesSuccessfully supporting your territory of customersActioning business calendar activities and journey plansRetaining and continuing to build great relationships with internal/external stakeholdersDelivering product expansion and helping to drive profitability through sales and customer growthYou will need:A valid driver license and good driving recordFull Australian working rights with no restrictionsRelatable sales experience in the food services industryDiscipline and motivation to work autonomously with support of the wider Sales TeamExcellent influencing and negotiation skills with a positive attitude towards our customersConfidence in having a natural selling conversationThe ability to effectively prioritise your workload and be self-motivatedA good understanding of working with achievable goals and metrics
