Data Entry Specialist

What you'll be doing The role includes but is not limited to: Data Entry : entering, updating of product data with the aim of improving operations and/or in‑store experiences to ultimately drive sales. Inventory (orders) : monitoring the orders inbox and place/approve orders; adjust purchase orders when requested by our Category Managers or an authorised staff member; maintain and communicate backorder reporting in‑line with product availability changes to Category Managers, members and relevant stakeholders. Reporting & Analytics (in conjunction with data entry): run and communicate pre‑defined reports (monthly, weekly and/or on authorised request. Administration : managing information and data in a confidential manner, complete all administration tasks in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy with other duties as required.
