Case Manager - Dubbo Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program Employment Type : Permanent Part Time / Temporary Part Time (up to October 2026) Position Classification : Dietitian Level 3, Occupational Therapist Level 3, Physiotherapist Level 3, Psychologist, Senior Psychologist, Social Worker Level 3, Speech Pathologist Level 3, Welfare Officer Level 3 Remuneration : $58.95 - $67.75 ph (+ superannuation + salary packaging options) Location : Dubbo, NSW Hours Per Week : up to 38 Applications Close : 3 December 2025 – 11:59pm About The Role The Dubbo Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program (BIRP) provides a community outreach case management rehabilitation service to adults with acquired brain injuries in the Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD). A Health Clinician will provide contemporary brain injury rehabilitation in accordance with the principles and guidelines of the NSW BIRP. Responsibilities Provide consultative service to local clinicians to promote a high level of patient‑centred care. Develop, plan and implement services that offer efficiency and effectiveness to the delivery of services. Work with the team of 3 Health Clinicians in Brain Injury and a Rural Spinal Cord Injury Coordinator. Travel within the Western NSW LHD as required. Flexible working hours; negotiate as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Current registration as a Health Clinician in a relevant discipline (e.g., Dietitian, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, Speech Pathologist, Welfare Officer). Experience in brain injury rehabilitation preferred. Strong communication and consultative skills. Willingness to travel within the LHD. Application Process Click ‘Apply’.
