We are seeking a Site Supervisor with strong residential construction experience to join our team working in the Central/East corridor of Perth. There is a manageable number of jobs in the round, enabling you to oversee every component of the build and maintain quality control standards. Requirements of the role Experience assessing and managing safety hazards and ability to drive safety culture Be able to manage multiple projects at any one time Deliver and maintain a high quality and have an active quality trade base Have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills Previous experience as a site supervisor in residential construction (5 years minimum) Be able to work independent and unsupervised whilst remaining part of a team Be able to problem solve and remain calm under times of pressure IT and computer competency Experience in the first homebuyer single storey market Full clean driving licence Are you the right person?
