Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Support Worker, based in Hoddles Creek, VIC. The Support Worker will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support. The role involves fostering independence, providing emotional support, and ensuring clients’ safety and well‑being. The Support Worker will also maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to provide seamless care. Qualifications Experience in support work and understanding the role of a Support Worker. Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members. Knowledge of safeguarding practices and ability to ensure a safe environment. Familiarity with providing technical support for assistive technologies and tools. Compassion, patience, and a commitment to high‑quality care. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Relevant certifications in disability services, aged care, or related fields are advantageous. Driver’s license and first aid certification are desirable.
