About the Role As the Customer Operations Manager, you’ll lead a team of field technicians responsible for delivering professional, customer-centric technical support that meets our contractual service level agreements. You’ll inspire your team to deliver consistent, efficient, and high-quality service, while also driving commercial outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Leading and developing a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused technical support team Coaching team members and driving performance through strategic KPIs Streamlining processes and leveraging technology for smarter work practices Ensuring alignment with other Technical Services teams for optimal service delivery Championing workplace safety and ensuring regulatory compliance across all gaming jurisdictions Rolling out new initiatives to boost team efficiency and customer satisfaction Building strong internal relationships within the Customer Operations team and broader Technical Services function What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in a technical or service delivery environment Exceptional people management and coaching skills Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement Knowledge of compliance and safety standards, ideally within the gaming or technology sectors A proactive, solutions-focused approach What You’ll Bring Proven leadership experience in fast-paced service delivery environments A track record of inspiring teams and driving results Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills High energy and adaptability in a dynamic, client-focused environment Strong multi-tasking and time management skills with a results-oriented mindset Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks (ideally in gaming or similar industries) Creative problem-solving and an innovative approach to challenges About Tabcorp We’re Australia’s leading gambling entertainment company.
