We’re seeking an experienced practice leader to establish, lead, and continuously improve the Business Analysis Centre of Excellence at Australian Retirement Trust (ART). In this pivotal role, you’ll design frameworks, tools and methodologies that lift consistency and quality across transformation initiatives—and partner with delivery teams to uplift capability in line with ART’s strategic objectives. Day to day, you: Design, implement and evolve business analysis frameworks, standards and methodologies aligned to ART’s Project Delivery Framework. Create and maintain a central repository of tools, templates and guidance for consistent, effective BA delivery. Lead training, mentoring and coaching programs across the BA discipline. Collaborate with BA Leads, project teams and enterprise stakeholders to ensure standards are applied and outcomes are high quality. Monitor adoption and effectiveness of BA practices; refine approaches based on feedback and performance insights. Promote contemporary ways of working within the BA discipline. Contribute to transformation KPIs and BA maturity assessments. Ensure BA practices align with ART’s governance, risk and compliance frameworks. This role is a permanent opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Proven experience leading business analysis practices or a CoE in complex environments. Deep knowledge of BA frameworks, methodologies and tools Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills; you influence and drive change. Track record in capability uplift programs and training initiatives. Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills.
