Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager | VET and ELICOS | Port Melbourne Join Orange College , a leading provider in vocational and English education, as our next Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager. Lead compliance across Orange College, Mars Institute, and Orange English College. Responsibilities Lead audits, scope changes, and renewals Ensure compliance with RTO Standards 2025, ELICOS Standards, and ESOS Support trainers, assessors, and compliance officers/coordinators, ensuring compliance of training and learning resources Ensure adherence to state-funded program requirements (Smart & Skilled, Skills Canberra, Skills Victoria) Educate and inspire teams on compliance in their respective areas Drive consistent compliance practices and high-quality standards across all campuses Requirements 5+ years VET and ELICOS compliance experience Senior-level compliance experience required within the 5+ years VET/ELICOS background Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and audits Prior experience with RTO audits is essential for this role Proven experience with funded training programs Leadership, communication & analytical skills TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and/ Quality Auditing qualifications (desirable) Australian work authorisation required at the time of application Why Join Us Take on a strategic leadership role with real impact Work in a collaborative and supportive team culture Contribute to programs with national and international reach Enjoy onsite parking at our Port Melbourne campus Next Steps We want proactive compliance leaders passionate about quality education.
