About our Culture ACC Marsden Park has a College-Wide Teaching and Learning framework that is built around three “Signature Pedagogies”. We prioritise Explicit Direct Instruction, Specific Targeted Feedback, and Thinking Through Writing as pedagogical approaches that develop deep learning. About the Role We are seeking a full-time School Nurse for a 6-month maternity leave cover to commence in Term 1 2025 to provide the following support within the Care Centre clinic: Manage the health and safety of students, and as required staff and visitors. Administration and management of S8 medications to students. Support implementation of policies, procedures and standards. Medical equipment upkeep and stock management of the Care Centre (onsite and for excursions and camps). Facilitate the implementation of changes identified through audits, feedback, and regular meetings which will improve service delivery. About You Have an active Christian faith. Current registration to practise as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA). Be able to receive feedback and implement changes. Be able to effectively plan for, collect and analyse data, then devise appropriate strategies and interventions to improve outcomes. Hold a current Employee Working With Children Check.
