THE BUSINESS & ROLE: Gold Coast Pump Action, is a family-owned and operated concrete pumping company with over 25 years of experience serving Southeast Queensland. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service and innovative solutions to our clients' most challenging concrete placement needs. We also take safety very seriously. We are looking for an experienced Boom Pump Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining boom pumps, ensuring safe and efficient concrete placement, and delivering excellent service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Operate boom pumps to place concrete accurately and safely at various job sites. Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with site supervisors and clients to deliver projects on time and to specification. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during pumping activities. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Boom Pump Operator. Strong knowledge of concrete pumping operations and equipment maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
