Executive Director, Head of Global Content Creation Location : Preferably Melbourne-based with potential for Sydney (with regular travel) Base pay range A$280, / yr - A$350, / yr Mandate Reporting to the Global Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (based in London) and sitting on the global executive, this key role will build a unified, insight-led content engine that elevates brand authority, deepens trust and drives commercial outcomes across markets. Own the global content vision - define the strategy, standards and storytelling that cut through with clients, investors and stakeholders. Lead a high-performing editorial function - set the agenda, govern pipelines, and deliver across digital, social, editorial and visual channels. Partner at the highest levels - work shoulder-to-shoulder with Marketing, Communications, Investor Relations, Product and Sustainability to align message and momentum. Lift performance - establish frameworks for measurement, quality, compliance and effectiveness; turn thought leadership into market impact. Set the global narrative - translate complex investment ideas into clear, human stories that shape reputation and drive growth. About You A senior content / editorial leader with a global mindset and a track record across financial or professional services. Equally strategic and hands‑on – you can architect the model and roll up your sleeves to ship flagship content. A people‑first leader who builds creative, inclusive, high‑accountability teams across time zones. Commercially sharp with the editorial instinct to find the idea, frame the argument and land the message.
