We are expanding our team and would love you to join us Our Administrator provides administration, participant and ad hoc support through: Accounts : Performing clerical tasks such as bookkeeping & data entry, responding to accounts enquiries over email and phone, handling corporate services mail, making phone calls, and updating accounts and finance systems. Administration Support : Provide administrative support, including data entry and document management. IT systems support : Providing technical support and training on Qualify systems and networks; you will be trained in this area. About the role Administration Support and Reporting Providing a range of administrative and coordination services to support the management of business systems and the delivery of projects, including: Maintenance and monitoring emails. Accounts Payable and Receivable Management. Upholding policies and procedures. Co-ordination of Onboarding and Offboarding new staff. Managing internal data uploads for reporting purposes. Ad hoc Tasks required by the business. Information Security Management System Support the GM Finance and Systems in monitoring and maintaining processes to ensure compliance with the Right fit for Risk accreditation, including Desktop support, Data Sovereignty, Governance and Personnel Onboarding. Participate in an annual Cyber Security Risk Assessment. Review, maintain and document security controls, including the Essential Eight SoA areas. Training to be provided in all of these areas. Skills and qualifications No qualifications required, prior demonstrated experience will be favourable. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite. Experience with Xero preferred, but not essential. Working with Children Check, clear National Police Check, Australian residency. Skills and Qualifications: Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an RTO or employment services environment. Qualification in business, administration or similar (preferred).
