As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced IT Program & Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help us deliver secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions. Your Role Report directly to the Group CIO and play a central role in aligning IT initiatives with business strategy. Lead and deliver complex, cross-border IT programmes (ERP, HR Systems, eCommerce) that drive operational excellence and digital innovation across the Group. Ensure strategic alignment between global IT initiatives and business objectives, enabling efficient technology solutions that support growth, competitiveness, and sustainability. Oversee multiple projects, set programme-level objectives, manage interdependencies, and optimise resources across projects. Lead the end-to-end implementation of IFS Cloud Application, coordinating technical and functional teams to meet business needs. Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, global business units, and technical teams, managing stakeholder expectations and leading change management initiatives. Identify and mitigate risks, manage programme budgets, and allocate resources effectively. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements, conducting post-implementation reviews and driving continuous improvement. Take on team leadership responsibilities, initially managing one direct report, with the opportunity to build and develop a growing team over time. Your Profile A relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration. Proven experience as an ERP Project/Program Manager, ideally with IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems. Strong project management skills (PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certifications are a plus). Experience leading and developing teams of project managers, planners, and consultants—or a strong motivation to take on team leadership responsibilities as the team expands. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive user adoption and lead change initiatives. Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Fluency in spoken and written Danish and English. Personal Qualities Ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and time zones. Strategic thinker with a global mindset and the ability to influence without authority.
