Work for a market leader with a talented & friendly team Excellent opportunities for career development and progression The Role Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Relief Chef Manager to work between sites located between NSW Central Coast and Taree and operate the sites in the absence of the permanent Chef Managers. Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our customers in aged care and values a well-run kitchen. Roster , Monday - Friday. What This Role Involves Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices Demonstrable team management, development & leadership Assisting the broader team as required Regular client meetings and dietary updates The Ideal Candidate Will Have Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desired) Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management Pride in personal appearance & hygiene What We Offer Competitive salary package, travel allowance A suite of discounts across major companies Support around further training, licensing and accreditations Who We Are Cater Care is a leading, 100% Australian owned contract catering service provider, operating across multiple sectors (Aged care, Education, Retirement, Retail and Remote services).
