About The Role Are you a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse in search of a rewarding career within the aged care industry? Be a part of our dynamic and growing team as an Enrolled Nurse. Working closely with the Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role of delivering high-quality and person-centred care. You will apply your nursing expertise to provide a range of care services to ensure our consumers’ health and wellbeing are maintained. Key responsibilities include administration of medication, wound management, and developing and updating care plans while maintaining accurate documentation. What You’ll Do Work well with other staff and health professionals to provide respectful, safe, and person-centred care. Follow care plans and workplace policies to give quality nursing care. Guide and support personal care workers in their daily tasks when needed. Notice changes in a resident’s health and report or act on them, including contacting doctors or family if required. About You AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA Minimum 6 months experience working in acute or aged care Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team The successful candidate will require current National Police Clearance.
