Focusing on our largest national account, plus a diverse and fascinating portfolio across Carat NSW, this role is a career-changing opportunity.The role:As the Senior Strategy Director , you are expected to have a high level of competency in communications strategy development, to be well versed in media connections planning, and to have a strong grasp of the media planning and buying landscape.Core responsibilities:Drive the core functions of the strategic discipline for media responses: objective & challenge identification, target audience profiling & recommendation development, consumer journey mapping Insight & strategic territory identification, comms architecture design, media platform & principle development, topline media channel selection & orchestration, measurement framework development Develops, manages and grows a team of media strategists Play an active role in identifying the local ‘big bet briefs’ that present opportunities to deploy our strategic process or the potential for award worthy work Guides award worthy work through creative media solutions A bit about you:Have a strong understanding of the capabilities of both media industry and proprietary tools and systems, able to guide junior team members on the outcomes they can support Strong working experience with Roy Morgan, AQX, Neilson and other audience tools.
