About the Role Our Occupational Therapists work within a supportive team of professionals, are passionate about providing the best quality care for patients and are committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values. We are looking for Occupational Therapists who have experience in an acute hospital setting in one or more of the following areas: Acute Medical, Rehabilitation, Stroke, Mental Health, Orthopaedics/Surgical, Emergency Department. About You To be successful in this role, you will meet the following selection criteria: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA. Ability to effectively manage and balance a busy caseload and administrative responsibilities within a hospital setting. Demonstrate problem solving and clinical reasoning skills, considering broader implications and longer-term impacts. Complete comprehensive assessments and develop client centred, occupationally focussed treatment goals and intervention plans in collaboration with the patient, multidisciplinary team, and consulting physician.
