Production Planner About the Role Join a fast‑paced, market‑leading production network as part of our ever‑evolving planning team. As our new Production Planner your role will be to drive daily production operations to support the planning, coordinating, and monitoring of network production and delivery. You will be a critical point of contact for our customers, production, and project staff. Key Responsibilities Driving continuous improvement across the business unit, to support high performance and quality standards. Regular monitoring production capacity to build a successful plan, with the production and transport teams. Managing stakeholders to ensure a consistent production and delivery function. Allocating & prioritising work to network production facilities. Liaising with operations, project managers and customers, to transform delivery programmes into production plans. We’re looking for an experienced planner, who enjoys working in a fast‑paced continuously evolving environment. You’ll have excellent problem‑solving skills and a results‑focused mindset. You’ll also have proven experience in managing the outcomes of large infrastructure projects for top‑tier clients and customers. Qualifications & Experience A background in logistics, supply chain, construction, or manufacturing. Extensive planning, operations, or customer service experience. A proven track record of managing complex deadlines. Strong ability to communicate with and influence both internal & external customers. Great problem‑solving skills, and confidence in your ability to create win‑win situations. This role will give you exposure to a large production network, where no two days are the same. You’ll work within a high‑performing team of passionate people, with transparency in seeing the successful business outcomes of your actions. Key Benefits Generous parental leave: 20 weeks paid Primary Carer Leave and 3 weeks paid Partner Leave for those who have worked at the business for at least 12 months. The company also provides superannuation contributions for the Primary Carer during the period of unpaid parental leave for eligible employees (limitations apply).
