Lifts others up, leads by example, and brings positivity to every shift. What You’ll Be Doing Learn the ins and outs of the State Swim program. Support smooth, efficient daily operations. Help lead and motivate staff with confidence and care. Deliver outstanding customer experiences to swimmers and families. Champion a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team culture. Take initiative and own procedural responsibilities. Create a fun, dynamic shop atmosphere. Work one weekend shift per week. What You’ll Bring A passion for working with children and delivering top‑tier service. Strong organisational skills and a problem‑solving mindset. Adaptability and initiative in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in the swimming industry (bonus, not a must). A collaborative spirit and a drive to influence team morale.
