Nova Higher Education is a newly registered Australian Higher Education Provider committed to developing industry-ready, ethical, and future-focused graduates. As we scale our operations, we are seeking a driven and experienced Student Recruitment and Admissions Officer to support strategic growth across domestic, international onshore, and international offshore markets. Role Description This is a pivotal, hands-on role responsible for executing Nova HE’s marketing and student recruitment strategy , strengthening agent networks, expanding offshore pipelines, and growing onshore enrolments. You will work closely with senior leadership and play a direct role in shaping Nova HE’s brand presence and market footprint. Education Agent Management Build, onboard, and manage education agents across Australia and key offshore regions Deliver agent training, webinars, visits, and performance monitoring Support agents with tailored recruitment and conversion materials Develop relationships with pathway providers, schools, ELICOS colleges, migration agents, and community groups Coordinate school visits, international webinars, fairs, and community events Leverage institutional and alumni networks to strengthen recruitment pipelines Digital Marketing & Advertising Manage multi-channel digital advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, region-specific platforms) Oversee website and social media updates Track campaign performance and optimise conversion outcomes Student Recruitment (Onshore & Offshore) Grow international onshore enrolments through provider transfers and pathway partnerships Drive offshore recruitment through agents, digital campaigns, and international outreach Support lead conversion, applications, and recruitment events Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline Demonstrated experience in international onshore and offshore student recruitment Strong understanding of education agent ecosystems Proven capability in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills Highly Regarded Experience working within a Higher Education Provider or University Exposure to international education compliance and ethical recruitment practices Ability to thrive in a growth-focused, start-up HE environment Submit your CV and a brief cover letter to #J-18808-Ljbffr
