Maintenance Planner – Aged Care (Full Time) Beresford Hall is a premium aged‑care provider. We are committed to delivering exceptional services and maintaining safe, functional environments for our residents. About the Role We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Planner (ANZSCO ) to coordinate, plan and oversee all preventative and corrective maintenance activities across our aged‑care facility. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, asset performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and monitor preventative maintenance schedules for plant, equipment and building assets Coordinate external contractors for HVAC, hydraulics, lifts, fire systems, kitchen equipment, access control, CCTV, and nurse call systems Maintain the CMMS, asset registers and compliance documentation Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely rectification of faults Assess asset performance and recommend upgrades or replacements Ensure safety, regulatory and accreditation requirements are met Skills and Experience Required Experience in maintenance planning, asset management or engineering support roles Strong understanding of building systems, industrial equipment and compliance frameworks Ability to interpret technical drawings, service reports and maintenance data Excellent communication and contractor management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
