Disability Consulting Support – Tamworth NSW What you'll be doing Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks Advocating for clients' rights and ensuring they receive the appropriate care and services Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records Collaborating with other care professionals to develop and implement individualised support plans What we're looking for Previous experience in a similar role, providing care and support to individuals with disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Availability for Awake/Sleepover shifts A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation (Provisional driver's licence acceptable) Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing client needs Working with Children Check, NDISWC, Police Check, First Aid and CPR What we offer At Disability Consulting Support, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
