You'll be the go-to person for your own portfolio of social housing properties — supporting residents, keeping things running smoothly, and making a real difference in people's lives. This role is for someone who can mix empathy with action, problem solve with confidence, and stay on top of a busy, varied workload. You'll manage your own portfolio across our Perth metro sites — everything from selecting new tenants and conducting property inspections to coordinating maintenance, resolving tenancy queries, and linking in with support services. You'll bring a mix of practicality, guidance, and support, helping residents feel safe and confident in their homes while keeping tenancy processes organised and compliant. A day on the job will see you : Work directly with vulnerable clients to match them with the right property and support their transition into housing Welcome new tenants and help them understand their tenancy, home, and community supports Connect tenants with the services and agencies they need to maintain housing stability Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance to ensure homes are safe and welcoming Respond to tenancy questions, issues, or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving focus Monitor and support tenants in maintaining their tenancy, including managing arrears or tenancy breaches in line with policy and legislation Your application will go to the top of our shortlist you have : Experience in property and tenancy.
