The Opportunity: Join the Food & Beverage team at Crystalbrook Riley With stunning venues including Paper Crane, Calypso Club and Rocco, each offering its own unique character and style, you will be part of a team that delivers bold flavours, creative cocktails and memorable guest experiences. As a Food & Beverage Guide, you will bring personality, confidence and flair to every guest interaction — from recommending signature dishes to delivering attentive, polished service that reflects our vibrant, modern brand of sustainable luxury. This part-time role offers 16–24 hours per week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts. The Talent: You are warm, confident and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. With a flair for service and a genuine love for food and drink, you bring authenticity, energy and care to every shift. Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a hotel, resort or luxury venue Strong beverage knowledge, including cocktail preparation and wine service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset A calm, confident approach in a busy service environment Immaculate personal presentation with a friendly, engaging style Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays Why Us: You will work alongside exceptional people in a supportive, collaborative and agile environment.
