This program connects Veterans with multidisciplinary services that support long‑term pain management and overall wellbeing. The organisation’s clinical team – nurses, social workers, doctors and pain specialists – work together to deliver personalised, integrative care. Their non‑clinical support team ensures every Veteran receives consistent coordination, advocacy and guidance throughout their pain management journey. The goal is simple: provide comprehensive, compassionate care that helps Veterans move toward a more comfortable and fulfilling life. The Role You will conduct follow‑up telehealth consultations with Veterans, supporting continuity of care within our structured pain management program. Treatment plans may include medicinal cannabis where clinically appropriate, delivered strictly in accordance with DVA and TGA regulations and with the guidance of a Pain Specialist.
