Your Impact As a Relationship Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting property and construction services clients to achieve their ambitions. From structuring complex deals to providing strategic advice, you’ll be the trusted partner they turn to for guidance and innovation. You’ll have access to market-leading technology, a comprehensive suite of financial solutions, and the support of highly skilled analysts — everything you need to deliver exceptional outcomes. What You’ll Do Build strong, enduring relationships with property and construction clients. Identify and originate new business opportunities to grow your portfolio. Collaborate with product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions. Use market intelligence to drive strategy and execute deals from origination to negotiation. Manage risk proactively across a diversified portfolio, ensuring high-quality credit submissions. What We’re Looking For Extensive experience in Business Banking with a focus on property and construction. Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure complex transactions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A passion for relationship management and commitment to regional communities. Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline are desirable. Proven success in portfolio growth and business origination. Why Join Us?
