Find out more about working with us. Who We Are The suburb of Baringa is situated just 7km south west of the Caloundra beach precinct including the iconic Golden, Bullock and Kings Beaches. The community is growing quickly and is estimated to be home to approximately 50,000 residents in the next 20 years. Baringa State Secondary College opened its doors for the first time in 2021, when Year 7 and 8 students commenced at the college. In 2025, we will celebrate our first cohort of foundation students graduating Year 12. Stage 2 and 3 of our building program is now complete, with state of the art facilities created to enable the delivery of exceptional educational learning resources and experiences for our staff and students. Step Into Your Next Chapter 7-10 Australian Curriculum developed and implemented with fidelity Senior curriculum development leadership Strategic evaluation and support of the moderation cycles across faculties Analysis of student data and development of strategies for improved student outcomes Development of staff expertise in Essential skills for Classroom management and whole of college consistent practices supported through profiling protocols Visible leadership, capability develop of staff through coaching processes Leadership of implementation of college instructional moves supported through instructional rounds, learning walks, lesson observations.
