Deputy Coach (Assistant Store Manager) - Highpoint We're looking for a community focused, operationally savvy Deputy Coach (Assistant Store Manager) to partner with our Head Coach to lead a passionate team in our soon-to-open Highpoint store. This is retail like no other - develop and inspire a team from the get-go with a new store opening.The RoleWe're on the lookout for a strong leader to join as a key support to the Head Coach (Store Manager), creating the best experience for our LSKD community. Leading with our values, this role will be hands-on in developing the store team and culture, driving key strategic results and ensuring profitable growth of their store in day-to-day management.This role is a dynamic opportunity to be involved in both the retail and fitness space.
