Immerse and Lead : From day one you'll lead diverse projects; quoting tendering reviewing models and delivering high-quality outcomes. You'll be supported but trusted to drive results. 2. Mentor and Grow : Within your first six months you'll begin mentoring junior engineers transitioning from technical expert to team leader. You'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of flood modellers. 3. Build and Own : You’ll be actively involved in business development and strategic growth helping shape SWMs future. For the right person this path could include partnership or significant leadership opportunities. What You Bring Hydrological & Hydraulic Modelling : Expert-level skills in RORB and TUFLOW (1D / 2D). Project Scoping & Management : Proven ability to quote tender and manage multiple concurrent projects from small-scale developments to complex flood studies. Software & Analysis : Strong GIS capability (QGIS ArcGIS); HEC-RAS experience a bonus. Technical Reporting : Ability to translate complex model outputs into clear actionable advice for clients and stakeholders. Technical Guidelines : Ability to translate guidelines to ensure best practice modelling is achieved for all assessments.
