We’re currently looking for a Restaurant Manager or experienced Bartender who’s ready to step up and grow with us. What We Offer Salary range: – $60k - $80k + super A fun, supportive, and energetic team environment A leadership role with real responsibility and autonomy Sponsorship opportunities after 3–6 months for the right candidate (Visa options include Subclass 494 or 407) Enjoy Staff Discount Long‑term career development in a respected hospitality business Your Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant and bar operations Deliver outstanding service and ensure an excellent guest experience Train and lead front‑of‑house/bar staff Manage bookings, floor operations, and bar service Maintain stock levels, control costs, and ensure compliance Be the face of the venue – professional, friendly, and efficient About You 2+ years of experience in hospitality (management or senior bar position) Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills RSA certified and comfortable working behind the bar A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Visa Sponsorship Pathway We are happy to support eligible candidates on a Subclass 494 (Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional Visa) or 407 (Training Visa) after 3–6 months of successful employment.
