QLD as an experienced UG truck operator, with flights and full camp /accommodation included. 7:7 roster - days and nights FIFO from Brisbane and Townsville Full camp and accommodation provided The Opportunity & Why Apply This is an exciting opportunity to onboard quickly through Marble as an underground truck operator for a hard rock mine site in northern QLD. FIFO from Brisbane or Townsville Contract period with potential for long-term extension Extensive training and development on offer on underground gear Must have previous experience working underground on either Sandvik, Atlas or CAT equipment Excellent rates on offer Join a team with a strong culture that is well-connected and supportive Develop your experience in the UG hard rock mining industry The Duties As an underground truck operator your day-to-day will involve: Working to strict site safety procedures and policies Working shift and swing KPI's and goals Reporting on any maintenance or safety issues with the equipment You will be reporting to your crew supervisor / superintendent FIFO and Accommodation You will need to be based in either Brisbane or Townsville and within a 2-hour drive from the airport: FIFO on a 7:7 roster - days and nights Tuesday to Tuesday - approx. 6am to 6pm day shift Wednesday to Tuesday - approx. 6pm to 6am night shift Fly into Cloncurry Airport and bus in and out to site, you will be provided full camp and accommodation whilst on site Your Skills and Value To be successful in this role you will need the following: Previous underground experience operating either Sandvik, Atlas or CAT trucks Focus on safety attitude and team player values Ability to follow strict site safety procedures Ability to complete a full mining pre-employment and functional medical exam National police check Applications are being reviewed to move through to immediate processing.
