Despatch and Transport Planner – Kewdale, WA We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Despatch and Transport Planner to join our dynamic logistics team.This role is key to ensuring products are delivered safely, cost-effectively, and on time. You will work closely with operations teams, carriers, and customers to maintain service levels and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate fleet and despatch schedules to meet volume demands, operational priorities and customer requirements. Manage pallet accounts, IOU documentation, and IT systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting. Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth staging, loading, and delivery activities. Monitor and report on DIFOT performance with daily reporting and analysis. Drive continuous improvement and KPI performance by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices. What We're Looking For Experience in transport and distribution operations with a strong understanding of service delivery in a logistics environment. Ability to manage operational priorities and resolve service issues. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and operational systems). Knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and COR requirements. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach to work.
