About the Role The Wellbeing & Learning departmentenhances educator capability through the provision of evidence‑informed specialist knowledge and practices, so that every student can realise their full educational potential. The Manager Diversity is responsible for shaping and supporting inclusive education, providing leadership and future insight primarily in strategic planning, development and implementation of effective, contemporary approaches to inclusive educational practice that support the building of inclusive Catholic School communities through a collaborative approach. This position calls for a highly experienced educator with enthusiasm and commitment to work in a challenging and rewarding role, providing Catholic educational leadership for learning and teaching services through coordination, advocacy, representation and delivery of services to support the Mission of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Cairns.
