Spa Receptionist

Your dream job in the beauty industry awaits Our Manly Spa currently has an opportunity to join our leadership team full time. Enjoy a mix of team leading, reception and front‑of‑house work alongside days performing the beauty therapy treatments you love. You’ll be the smiling face to greet our clients upon arrival and to deliver our renowned customer experience dealing with phone, email and in‑person enquiries and sales. You’ll lead our team by example with your skills and attention to detail, mentoring junior staff and setting the standard for an organised, happy and healthy working environment. This is a full‑time, salaried role that is supported by two other experienced leaders on the team; you’ll enjoy a work balance of both management and therapist shifts with regular weekends off, regular training and social activities. A salary package of up to $85,000 per annum awaits the right applicant. Requirements Holds a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy. Has exceptional customer service skills. Is highly organised and has excellent time‑management skills. Has a warm, professional and caring personality. Maintains a high standard of personal presentation.
