One of the leading Federal Department is looking for Salesforce Developers and Solution Designers. Solution Designer Long tern contract with excellent rate NV1 clearance Canberra location ( Interstate welcome but have to be in canberra office 3 days in a month ) Key duties and responsibilities Interpret and assess business needs to design tailored Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives. Develop and present solution prototypes and technical designs to demonstrate feasibility, maintainability and value. Lead the technical Salesforce delivery team to ensure a successful implementation and delivery. Review developers’ implementations, champion best practice and out-of-the-box solutions, recommend improvements. Ensure project delivery meets the requirements for an authorised technology within the Federal Government space including Cyber Security Information Security Manual controls, and records management requirements to meet the Archives act. Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent system development projects from design through to release. Define project-level delivery activities and milestones within an agile environment. Manage Salesforce releases through the CI/CD Pipeline using DFAT’s Azure Dev Ops tooling. Ensure quality of production environments by collaborating with other Solution Leads on common components, release windows and enforcing unit tests and code quality checks. Manage Salesforce development environments including but not limited to test data seeding and refreshes. Long term contract Anywhere in Australia (Hybrid working arrangements) Key duties and responsibilities Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Omnistudio, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. Build and enhance user interfaces, business logic, and automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules. Collaborate with architects, analysts, and testers to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with business requirements. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Support testing, deployment, and release management using DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure compliance with government security, privacy, and accessibility standards. Maintain clear, concise technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
