You’ll be responsible for directing and managing traffic at roadwork and construction sites to protect workers and the public while ensuring compliance with approved Traffic Management Plans. Key Responsibilities Implement Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Schemes. Direct vehicle and pedestrian movement around work zones safely. Set up, monitor, and remove signage and barriers. Coordinate with crew members and site supervisors. Complete job paperwork and safety records. Maintain high standards of communication and public interaction. Skills and Attributes Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Commitment to safety and professional conduct. Qualifications and Experience NT Traffic Management Tickets Construction White Card. Current Driver Licence (Manual preferred). Minimum 1–2 years experience in traffic control.
