Who You Are You’re a resourceful and detail-oriented Operations Specialist with a strong background in optimizing processes, managing resources, and supporting operational excellence across a variety of functions. With experience in problem-solving, data analysis, and workflow coordination, you excel at identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your adaptability, organizational skills, and ability to work across teams make you a key player in driving operational success. Known for your ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high standard of accuracy, you play a critical role in supporting mission-critical operations. What You'll Do In the role of Maintenance Operations Specialist, your duties will include: Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Breaks projects into manageable tasks and sets timeframes and goals. Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Acts as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants. Implements and maintains quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards. Ensures clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates. Requirements: Must be a US or Australian citizen Must Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance. Must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or related field. This role will be located in Alice Springs. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
