As an Inventory & MRP Controller, you’ll play a critical part in shaping inventory strategy, streamlining processes, and driving efficiencies to support growth and deliver results. Lead and enhance the S&OP process to drive continuous improvement Refine forecast models using sales data, customer insights, and demand drivers Prepare and validate demand forecasts across multiple time horizons Analyse historical trends to boost forecast accuracy and reduce bias Execute Demand, Supply, and S&OP review meetings and ensure actions are delivered Upload forecasts into SAP and monitor accuracy metrics Profile inventory and lead obsolescence reduction programs Collaborate with stakeholders to align forecasts with sales budgets Support stock‑take planning and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards What You Will Bring: Proven experience in Demand Planning and S&OP, with a track record of improving forecast accuracy Hands‑on experience with forecast management tools such as SAP IBP, Demand Solutions, or similar Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement Strong commercial acumen and understanding of supply chain dynamics Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools What you’ll love when you join us: Stability & Security: Long‑term career opportunities with an industry leader.
